Washington, D.C. Trip

2022 Washington, D.C. Trip Info! 

Registration for the 2022 Trip to Washington, D.C. is underway! The trip will run from June 15-19, 2022 and is open to all current 8th AND 9th grade students at CJHS.  If you would like to register for the trip, please visit www.worldstrides.com and enter trip ID 193521. 

On this trip, students have the opportunity to join their classmates in Washington, D.C. at the conclusion of their school year. Students will immerse themselves in history and learn from experienced tour guides in our nation's capital. Sites visited include: the U.S. Capitol Building, Mount Vernon, Arlington National Cemetery, Ford's Theatre, National Archives, Air and Space Museum, American History Museum, Natural History Museum, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Roosevelt Memorial, Marine Memorial, World War II Memorial, National Holocaust Museum, Pentagon 9/11 Memorial, National Cathedral, and a photo stop at the White House.
